We drove by Dad's on a Thursday night checking out the neighborhood. The red glow lamp lights on the patio drew us in, "Ohhh what's that place?" So glad we stopped in. A host greeted us at the door and was super friendly asking if it was our first time. Bartender was also incredibly friendly and made us feel seen even when it was a busy period. They were playing The Big Lebowski on the projector and it was a great night in the neighborhood. Thanks, Dads!
Terrible terrible terrible there's a younger guy looks Spanish complexion with longer hair very rude said he didn't care about what a customer said or called on him because I also found roaches and hair in my food so I was only letting them know and he literally cussed me out I'm am calling the BBB and the food health department on this establishment do not recommend to anybody and I asked that nobody goes in there have a blessed day.
Dad’s in Virginia-Highland is easily my favorite bar in Atlanta. It has a fun, nostalgic “dad cave” vibe that feels unique without being gimmicky, and it just works really well for the space. The cocktails are genuinely well made, and there are also plenty of beer options on tap, so it’s easy to find something no matter what you’re in the mood for.
