Some many things to say about this place but first thing I will say is to RUN. These people are very unprofessional. I experienced the management team walking to my unit without proper notice twice. I had many issues at the parking lot from others Cars blocking me from getting out of my spot and I requested many times for the office to change me to a new parking spot and they never did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… let me start by saying this place offers horrible customer service, I attempted to make contact with customer service to fix a leakage on the fridge after no answer had to wait a week cause they were out of office, once someone answered their excuse not fix the fridge was due to the fridge being loaded with groceries (false) because the space was limited and kept leaking. had to live for this problem for years… the parking is awful they towed my vehicle multiple times… and was on the borderline to ... read more
Be careful, they MAYNOT refund your deposit at this place. You may not get your refund back for security deposit and you may get kick out if you complain. There is no star to give, Should be 0! Looks like you pay cheap, end up with its much more expensive then any other places, this is horrible place, hope no one stay here!!!!!! The manager is super rude!!!!! Just remember, it’s not that god DO NOT punish who stole from you, just the time!!!!!!
This place is small, old, dated, and the manager (Shirley) is an evil bitter women. I have emailed them multiple times and in 2 years they have never responded to a request. They operate this place like before the internet was created. The only way to contact them is through a phone call and even then you do not receive confirmation.
