I called to schedule an appointment. The lady said 6pm. Upon arriving no one greeted me. I signed into the sheet and sat there for 10 min. A Caucasian walked in and was greeted immediately and asked what she came in for...I looked right in his face and said did you not see me sitting here. He then asked if I had an appointment. I told him the time and he said ok. 30 min later I was sat in a chair and scalding hot water was put on. The lady who did my pedicure was ok. This is honestly an awkward review to leave because I’ve had both great and disappointing experiences here, and the staff is always kind. My issue is consistency. I’ve had acrylics done by one technician here 3 weeks ago and they were excellent. However, I’ve had acrylics done TODAY by another technician, and unfortunately they are pretty bad.
