Arrived on time and had to wait 2 hours
Very friendly staff. For years has been the ONLY MRI & CT facility I use.
I went to Dadeland MRI & CT to have a brain MRI done on 7/19. It was a very short notice for a stroke scare, and they got me right in. The entire staff was very friendly, explained what the process was going to be like, and showed genuine concern and care. I'm a bit of a techie, and the MRI machine was fascinating. It was explained to me that I had to lie completely still to get clear images, which was probably the toughest part for me, as each time I swallowed I felt like my head was going to move out of place. My experience on January 6, 2012 is quite contrary to the previous review. The staff was quite friendly and professional as before. Although MRI's take a long time to complete, I was comfortable and on my way withing two hours. I have had MRI's before and this is by far the best place I have been for it.
