Wow! Y'all are kind of crooked, aren't you? You like to add charges without discussing with your customers. Charges that you admit your mechanic went ahead and just did; therefore, that extra $230-some-odd charge should come out of the mechanic's pocket. Will never come here after this treatment of a new customer. And on advice, will be having someone else make sure that you did all you said you did, unlike the experience of your Yelp reviewer. You should be ashamed of yourself, but I'm sure you're not.
