I normally go to the Kendall branch but today I came to the Cutler Bay branch. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped by the friendliest teller. Ms. Joaquina was very pleasant and personable. I had a question and she provided me with a very thorough answer. Based on my interaction with Ms. Joaquina, I will be coming to this branch from now on.
I returned today to consult on a second car loan. And as I did first time, I was attended by. Alexandrea who is always incredibly diligent and informative. My business will continue to be done with Dade County Federal credit Union, because of how professional she is.
Ebony Jones has been a fantastic Financial Service Representative. She communicates clearly, listens attentively, and always makes sure I feel confident in my Financial decisions. Every visit is pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
Came to the branch with issues with my account ...I wasn't able to get the answers I needed when I went to the homestead branch which made me really upset, but there was a young lady who stated she was covering for the day name Ebony who went above and beyond to assist me with finding out transaction that was told to me they never existed. She works at a different location ,but was able to keep the same work athic at another branch. This has nothing to do with this location... The Banking with DCFC is trash. How is that I can pay off a 20k + loan and on your website/app there is no proof of the payout? Just a complete deletion the loan but no details of the payout date, payment dates...Nothing, just gone. And when I call your customer service they cannot produce/provide proof either and advise that I just need to wait for a thank you letter? What year are you operating in DCFC? 1975?
