I normally go to the Kendall branch but today I came to the Cutler Bay branch. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped by the friendliest teller. Ms. Joaquina was very pleasant and personable. I had a question and she provided me with a very thorough answer. Based on my interaction with Ms. Joaquina, I will be coming to this branch from now on.
I returned today to consult on a second car loan. And as I did first time, I was attended by. Alexandrea who is always incredibly diligent and informative. My business will continue to be done with Dade County Federal credit Union, because of how professional she is.
