The worst, terrible, no customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS "BANK" I am appalled by the service, I received a negative report to my credit because they were unable to charge my account. The amount of time that was spent on the phone is ridiculous, so I decided to download the app and just try to do it myself... the link to my bank on their billpay is broken... I can't even pay for it myself I tell them, and it's basically well there's nothing we can do about it, we can't call your bank so you need to find a branch to your military bank and get a voided check or wait u... read more
