This place feels like a complete waste of taxpayers' money—just another government agency created to give the illusion of consumer protection while doing the opposite. They wear fake badges to look important, but in reality, they do nothing but mislead people, protect businesses and criminals, and fail to serve those they’re supposed to help. It’s nothing more than a scam disguised as a regulatory body.
