I cannot really rate them overall as far as with cats and dogs as I brought in a pet goat. I learned more online and at tractor cupply about goat care than in the vet office. They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly, but I felt like my needs were not really met. I needed more information and advice that they could not offer. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Sort of, I felt like they could be cleaner.
