Horrible. Don't call him. Paid $400 for absolutely nothing. Almost fraudulent, probably incompetent, and definitely a total rip off.

Nice guys but paid $500 for 5 mouse traps and a prediction of where mice might be coming from and fixing any problems is an extra fee Set traps yourself and seal holes through handyman save a lot of money
