Im going to start this review but saying im not even sure how this is still a marriott hotel. Upon drive up we had a bad feeling. No cars. No traffic. No people. I went in and checked in. Marriott bonvoy member. Staying one night on points. They gave me room keys and directions where to drive and park nearest our room. Fine. Drive around to the furthest building. This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful pools, grounds, and architectural aspects make it a one of a kind place to stay Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good food make it a great choice for anyone staying in the area.
Awful crooks. They will squeeze you out of all of your money and then put you in cockroach infested hotel rooms that cost an arm and a leg. Disgusting. Woke up to a cockroach the size of a lamp crawling around my CLOTHING at 6am. And then the maids don’t clean anything. Wrappers and empty water battles splayed about untouched for days. I complained to the front desk multiple times. Do not stay here.
Ok well I have stayed at this property about a dozen times in the last 20yrs. And I would never of said any thing bad , because I was happy every time. Then I stayed two weeks ago tomorrow and the stay was ok. It wasn't tell a day later when I noticed they double charged my card. well, you would think with it being their fault that it would just be a simple phone call and they could go ahead and refund me the second charge.
