Let me say this hotel / resort can be so much more as the place is positioned on a desert mountain and has a beautiful southwest desert appearance and a great location for Air travelers. There is so much value add here it is ridiculous. If I had the means I would purchase the property and restructure the management. It really is too bad the management doesn't recognize the potential. Convenient to Sky Harbor Airport, not too many dining options close by other than fast food, but the resort and grounds are awesome!
Amazing staff! Truly had the best experience bringing a work conference to this location. Sandy and Serena were amazing during the planning process. Our team loved the hotel amenities and location. The entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful about everything and quick to respond! Will definitely be using this hotel in the future!
This place is a disaster. I am here on a work trip, so I am stuck, but if I had any choice at all I would have run the moment I realized how bad it actually is. The resort looks nice in photos, and that is the only good thing I can say. My room had ants crawling around and bedbugs in the bed. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one carrying the Marriott name.
