What a beautiful place to stay. The natural beauty of Arizona seemlessly blends with the property. The chef and staff were very understanding of my allergies. It's a place to experience!
Great location with unbelievable views. Rooms were ok, but nothing spectacular, but you always got the upscale feeling from the overall property.
We had a very nice stay at the Marriott Phoenix Tempe at The Buttes. The rooms were nice, nothing over the top, but clean and fresh. Thank you for letting us control the thermostat! It is rare anymore that I can get the room nice and cool for sleeping. The pool area had a great atmosphere (scenic) and was relaxing. The restaurant and bar were good, a little crowded. The hotel is very beautiful, and we loved the location! With the exception of the coffee bar, the food was terrible. Three restaurants all with the same menu. But the worst part was the service. The place is terribly understaffed and it showed. Bar closures due to the bartender taking a break. Gift shop closed due to breaks, etc. And the poor barista girl at the coffee bar was totally alone with a long, long line of customers. It’s parents’ weekend at ASU so it was expected that it would be crowded. Hire more people!
