Great hotel with some unique and picturesque views of the rocks and city. While the hotel is a bit older, the rooms have been updated and are comfortable and spacious with great views of the desert. You do need to walk about the hotel outdoors between different buildings which isn't asuch fun when the weather isnt ideal, but the distance is not great. We had a very disappointing stay at the Marriott Buttes. The vent above the toilet was leaking, leaving our bathroom floor covered in standing water. On top of that, we found huge roaches throughout our room, which made it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The lobby was nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience. For a hotel that carries the Marriott name, we expected much better cleanliness and maintenance. Definitely would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed
Not a bad place. A tad b8t dated but not old if they makes any sense. The staff are super friendly and nice. There are plenty of great amenities bit the noise from the expressway 200 yards away is really loud and constant. If you are looking for a quiet place, thos isn't it. Of it weren't for the traffic noise I would give this place 5 stars
