These same types of reviews have been submitted about these scammers for the last ten years. These thieves have some real big thing about the dollar amount of $2000.00. Its like their thing. Maybe its their little buddy inside personal joke between them. Fyi- these are two assholes who grew up together in st paul. Joe collins & tom gallagher. A couple of 40 year old real phony punks. Theyve been ripping people off from day one. Theyve been in business since 1999. Their day is coming!!!
After we thoroughly cleaned our apartment, my family was charged 2,000 dollars when we left....and I didn't get my deposit back. Granted, we had a cat and some rug damage, but it wasn't $2,700 worth. Other tenants have complained about being charged a similar amount when they left as well. Please take heed and rent with people who at least care about the reputation of their business.
