Horribly inept and crabby bunch. Have bought tickets in the past from them to go overseas, so I thought they were ok since they got the job done. I recall being stuck in Bangkok Thailand once due to some poor scheduling by them, but that was years ago.More recently, had an important business trip, did everything over the phone, they charged the card, done.
