This is just about the worst pool company and company in general that I have ever worked with. The make you prepay upfront for the appointment, but then are a no call no show. Not once but twice. SO unprofessional. When I asked when they would be coming out, I was told not until the end of the month. I will never do business or refer anyone in good faith to the company.
