The 2 star overall listing is too high. I had these people out at start of season to find a leak and replace a hayward salt cell. Paid a $125 plus trip charge. Couldn't find the leak, and did not install the flow meter on the new cell. I had the little part but they did not even check flow on control panel to see if it was needed. This is just about the worst pool company and company in general that I have ever worked with. The make you prepay upfront for the appointment, but then are a no call no show. Not once but twice. SO unprofessional. When I asked when they would be coming out, I was told not until the end of the month. I will never do business or refer anyone in good faith to the company.
