We had a tragic event happened to our family and we had to move in with our mother-in-law and our whole home has been in storage for going on 4 years now and I have literally had the best customer service I have ever had in all my 47 years of life with this business! There is one soul person and she is the sweetest soul and the hardest worker I've ever seen! She's an angel 🤟
I just haven’t had any good experiences with it. The fact that I was homeless for a couple of weeks, for my expensive stuff to be taken. I even offered to pay double to amount. How do they expect me to pay $300, in the same day. Should’ve atleast given me a week! I’m hurt and Christmas is around the corner with no Christmas decorations, bed and etc. !!!!!!!! The lady was very rude I think her name was Shamieka.
