You deserve no stars shame on you folks you sell cars and you don’t transfer titles hurting the buyer in the process I just had to get a bonded title these people are so slimy the mechanic next door has at least 6 of their cars with no clue what to do with them as they’ve effectively shut down now and dodge everyone’s calls just know that you will be reported to the proper authorities and I sincerely hope you never sell another car.
They don't deserve any stars. Bought a truck from them on January 27th. It's now May 31st. I still haven't received my tag or title. Checked with the tag office and they never did the paperwork.
DON'T DO BUISNESS HERE in 2023!!!! You've been warned! I came to view a 2013 Audi A7 and came back and bought it a week later. Chalandria was a good sales rep initially. I bought the Audi with a few issues, Shawn and Chalandria both helped rectify and fix these minor issues. The major issue is that I bought the vehicle in mid December 2022 for business purposes with a check. Basically cash in full. It is now late March and I can't register the vehicle or procure a title.
