Their drug rehab program violates CMS rules, there is no proper chain of custody or way to verify a sample is yours on labs, as your ascension #s will not match anything sent to a lab. They send pee out of date, out of order to labs to keep people in their program as long as possible. Their lab is the same credentials as Quest and Labcorp.
Just horrible! I went there twice and had an issue called to make a complaint! They let the individual I had a problem with record the confidential complaint on their phone and their employees go through medical records and harass you with your records! I filled complaints and went straight to the Medical Board and they let the employees still work here! Do Not Go Here!!!!
