I've had an excellent experience coming here for my depression treatment.
Worse place ever tried getting an appointment and was told to call back I was hung up spoke with Gaby very rude I was rushed off phone all I am trying to do is schedule an appointment with these people I think they are the ones that ne d the help not us. VERY RUDE WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE WORSE PLEACE ON EARTH
Zero stars will given,,,, Absolutely the worst treatment center in all of Tampa area. Take the small jail sentence before coming here trust me on this jail is cleaner, better, and officers are nicer then any staff there. Staff is unprofessional, zero consistency, food is disgusting and horrible to the max, super racist as well, they apply for food stamps for you and feed you the bare minimum bottom of the barrel food. This place is the absolute worst!! For weeks (6 weeks) I was wrongfully accused of using drugs in one form or another. And each week I would have to defend myself. They didn’t send the tests off to verify the results because “that costs money”. I was simply accused and left to sort it out on my own. I had to get the court involved and that’s when I was told “you Catastrophize, everything and that’s an issue” but that’s when they started sending the tests to the lab only to show THEY WERE ALWAYS WRONG! Worst place ever. Residential treatment was like jail. Staff acted like correction officers. Cove lost my belongings. After 3 weeks I finally got my hygiene products that my mom sent in for my fist drop off. Was denied my medication because staff misspelled medication in the computer after three weeks still didn't see a doctor. You're just a number there to fill the beds for funding. Nothing I was told about the process was correct. Go anywhere else but here. Have to contact a lawyer regarding belongings they lost.
