Good service, friendly staff and professional. Always check in every few months to make sure I make it to the next dental cleaning.
Made appointment for a cleaning for my ODSP senior client with disabilities..spent 20 minutes on phone confirming everything for the next day..my poor client paid to come all the way there the next day only to be told they can't fit him in...disgusting!!! The worst part is that they said they can do x-rays etc, when that's not even what he wanted to come in for...waste of time and very unproffesional! This place is an absolute nightmare. Completely unprofessional, and Dr. Mary is the worst of them all. I honestly question how she even got her dental license—let alone keeps it. The clinic itself is filthy and unsanitary, making you wonder if they even follow basic hygiene protocols. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy risking your health.
