Mr. Dabling is very arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. You’re lucky if you can get a full sentence in, before he rudely interrupts you. He also has a habit of hanging up on you if you aren’t saying what he wants to hear; just like a toddler who’s throwing a tantrum. He is extremely unprofessional!
