Joe who works there is a real genuine guy. Super down to earth and even though I didn’t get a car, I had a good time. I can tell they care about their customers. His little sidekick, Lorenzo, can’t lie for the life of him. Hope he finds love one day. He’s single ladies.
Scheduled a test drive for a specific car in advance, when arrived at the dealership car was not ready for a test drive and was in the middle of the maze of other cars. Then was bullied that I'm not ready to buy a car and they declined to get the car out of the maze for a test drive. Mentioned rusted disk brakes and that the car was sitting at the lot without movement for more than a month, the response was it's NJ and it happens after the day. Completely unprofessional and not customer friendly.
at first joe the employee i was in contact with first was very informative and helpful. next thing i know i cant get a hold of him AFTER i put a $500 deposit down on a car. i was told multiple times it was refundable but 3 weeks passed and i couldnt get a hold of anybody. and joe the one i was in contact with stated he was out of the country so next thing i know im calling the office that has no vm box setup. and than emailing them! i had to request venmo for the dispute! and now theyre refusing to work with them in sending ... read more
