A honest Review (because DABCO offers tenants to leave reviews for gifts) Pros: Fast and responsive maintenance service; easy to find available units, especially during peak leasing seasons Cons: Rent has increased significantly — mine went up by $165 over three years; noise is a major issue due to frequent parties, and DABCO doesn’t take meaningful action to address it; many of the buildings are outdated; dog poop everywhere!
Confusing layout
It’s actually really nice despite the fact all the apartment complexes being very close to eachother with only the signs being the barriers. The apartments while small are cute and have a certain charm to them.
