Sent my private ultrasound referral through, last week,no reply and tried ringing yesterday, at 4pm, 3 times no answer, rang just now Mandurah number, to be told, they have closed down! Lady asked are u calling from the Belmont branch? No, Mandurah, she said, ah yes, really sorry they have closed down,Update your system, pathetic.
The lady on the phone could not wait to get rid of me. Extremely unhelpful and ended up with no appointment.
Great service, was treated like a person, rather than a number. Dr was very empathetic and genuine. Thank you
Ladies who did my ultra sound were lovely. However 7 weeks later and my Doctor is still chasing up my results. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs. 1 star only for the ladies.
Two days, on hold for over 30 minutes, both Bunbury and Mandurah and noone answers the phone. Noone responds to email referral booking requests. TERRIBLE PHONE AND EMAIL SERVICE.
