I can see why people say the employees at this store are rude. WE👏DO👏NOT👏OPEN👏BOXES First off we aren’t in Kindergarten we don’t need this telled at us repeatedly. Find a nicer way to say this instead of yelling WE👏DO👏NOT👏OPEN👏BOXES across the whole store. How about “Please don’t open the boxes if you want to see whats inside you can go to the opening station. No other DaaBin Store we’ve been to yells like this or has such a fit if you open a box neatly. Relax.

I loved this store until it moved. Once it moved, the older ladies got really rude, the items arent as nice. Ive gotten a few mystery bags and this is the last time I will. Broken items in the bags.. just throw it away instead of putting in a mystery bag. The 4th of July promotion was crap and they didn't want to honor it. Just all in all, not impressed anymore. I only gave it 2 stars because the younger employees are sweet and actually act like they care if you need help.
Very terrible customer service since they moved to the mall. Workers Linda and Jerry were extremely rude, racist and/or homophobic. I was followed around as if they were Concerned I was going to steal and then was accused of stealing and when I stuck up for myself I was yelled at by the older lady named jerry and I only know her name from calling after the fact because when I asked her what her name was she told me she didn't have one.
