Bad service don’t even want to give me a refund I paid 40 $ for this
6 years I’ve been coming here. And for 5 years of those I’ve been bringing my Tesla. She has always charged me $5 extra for having a Tesla. I never argued it. Teslas are now so common there should not be an up charge but today she said it’s a $20 up charge. I think their business is slow and she took advantage because she has never asked me for $20 extra dollars I literally scraped together singles I had left in the car because I always bring $45-50 for the wash. This is a small place with only three people working, and everything is 100% hand washed. The entrance is easy to miss since the sign is small. They did a good job with the cleaning, but the vacuuming wasn’t the best for a full service price. They also directly asked for a tip, which made me wonder if tips are required for car washes now. Isn’t that what we’re already paying for?
