Made a virtual appointment with Samantha waited all day to get a call never did even sent a message on their website asking if they were just running behind never got an answer made a second appointment for the following day and same thing I try to call and it goes straight to voicemail every time

Worst company ever! Taxes were never filed, and then we were fined. The owner of the company who apologize profusely said she would take care of it personally. Never did. Given numerous excuses and no follow up.
