I hate to be the person to right a bad review but my nails were hideous. I believe I payed 65+ tip. My nails were absolutely nothing like the picture and the shape was horrendous. The people were very kind, and very gentle but not only were the nails bad, so was the cleanliness of this salon.
Aselle did a wonderful job on my nails. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. Excellent work

I got a gift certificate for Christmas for this place, it's not at all my usual place that I like to go to get my nails done but decided to try it. My nails look fine, but my BIG COMPLAINT is they over charged me by $20 plus he added his own $10.00 tip when i already had tipped $12.00 in cash. So shady!!! I will NEVER go back and anyone who thinks they may try them... DON'T... AND DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBT CARD!!!
The male manager of this salon is very rude, talks loud and hollers. He is a bully. The BEST Technician is Helen --- I truly love her skills and expertise BUT I REFUSE to continue patronizing this shop. Upon my last attempt to visit, he was hollering that my appt was at twelve instead of two. I never spoke with him when I made the appt BUT he was hollering in the background the entire time I was speaking with the female on the phone, probably his wife. Most times he answers the phone. Best local nail salon on Charlotte so far. Huge improvement; I used to go in this salon for my full set. I came here almost after 2 years I seen some new faces. Excellent services. Love to come back again.
Love the atmosphere. They always done excellent care of my nails. I usually do with Lina or Asmita for excellent result. Today’s I did Halloween arts on my toes nails.. Love it. Thank you guys for your lovely care.
Worst experience ever they messed my nails up and they would not fix it told me that it would cost more for them to fix it they put the wrong polish on my nails and added two different Moon colors when I just wanted one polish the owner is very rude and his wife but I do like Tommy and Juliet they are good but I will never go back there again the owner is just too rude
