Apparently if you want even nails you need to “go to a higher end salon”. Because this is a “low income area”. I have never been talked to like that in my life. I felt like the guy was calling me low income trash. I will never be returning to this place, should have believed the other horrible reviews! I will figure out how to reach out to corporate about this place!
Horrible job on my nails. I asked for gel, French tip. It looks fat and heavy on the tips and my nails have dips. Worst that's ever happened to me.
Bad service specially the lady which is she’s the owner her name Ana. She’s so rude. She’s so mean she’s rude with her customer. She’s not good with the appointment one time they gave me an appointment. I had to wait one hour and 10 minutes. She said that’s OK. Do you want something? You have to wait for it even at the doctors You wait when you go in. All their stuff, dirty . I saw her used same tools for two different customers so dangerous and nasty.
