I got my nails filled on a Wednesday, by Saturday two were chipped and one was completely broken off. I go in to get them fixed and was told to come back tomorrow because the girl who did them wasn't in. I've been going there for months and I tip 20% or better. I'll never go back.
Terrible service. The staff was rude, and my nails were done badly. Not worth it at all.
Booking was a headache. The tech was unprofessional, slow, and kept making mistakes like they didn’t understand basic nail work.
The worst place every first starts the lady cut me with the hand file. TWICE in the same spot and all she said was “ oh i cut you”. Not even an apology or anything jusy went straight back to work. I was dripping blood everywhere. She didnt even replace the file ( which had my blood on it). The nails looked okay at first but when i got a better looks everything was so bad.
