I was very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the nail technician cut several of my fingers during the service, which made the appointment both uncomfortable and painful. When I brought it to her attention, instead of apologizing, she blamed my “sensitive skin,” which I found unprofessional and dismissive. Excellent professional friendly service
If I could give this place a zero star I would I was overpriced. All I asked was for a pedicure apparently got a gel pedicure, which I did not know I did not ask for it. I had no clue I was in a conversation with the lady next to me, they did not massage my legs. I've been coming here for a few years now, but I'm always so satisfied I end up going about my day happily and forget to write a review haha. But no seriously this salon is no-frills, efficient, and they are sweet people. My set was simple yet very well done and I am confident to go to work wearing them :) I love Ms. Lisa and Lemon
