They are the worst the lady I had literally called me over had me sit for 10 minutes while she texted on her phone then finally began doing my nails and she gets a text goes to answer it and literally drills my whole nail off to the point it starts bleeding then proceeds to tell me and her coworker she didn’t do that but shes gonna fix it free of charge- insinuating that I should allow her to put a brand new nail on my bleeding finger! Started with number 3 and I kept telling her that I want my nails square not oval shaped then she got an attitude and said I know how to do my job, then she said oh 1 minute and never came back, Mark number 4 came and finished my nails he did an amazing job I will always go back to him only if available.
I came into this salon expecting a simple pedicure for myself and tips for my child. Instead, the staff looked at us, looked at each other, and started speaking in their language. After that, they basically turned us away without any real explanation. The way we were treated was extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you don’t want to provide a service, you can simply say that respectfully instead of making customers feel like they are unwanted or being judged. I will never spend my money here again.
