Started with number 3 and I kept telling her that I want my nails square not oval shaped then she got an attitude and said I know how to do my job, then she said oh 1 minute and never came back, Mark number 4 came and finished my nails he did an amazing job I will always go back to him only if available.
I came into this salon expecting a simple pedicure for myself and tips for my child. Instead, the staff looked at us, looked at each other, and started speaking in their language. After that, they basically turned us away without any real explanation. The way we were treated was extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you don’t want to provide a service, you can simply say that respectfully instead of making customers feel like they are unwanted or being judged. I will never spend my money here again. These came out perfect! I picked a color trying to match my dress but the tech advised against that color and recommemded this blue. So glad I listened to him.
Honestly such terrible service, I arrived at 3 to get nails I told the man , he then said I have to wait which was fine another lady came in like maybe 30 minutes after me . Another guy was available the same guy in the beginning that I talked to told the available guy to take the girl that just entered. I tried telling them I was there first .
