If I could leave no stars I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. When I walked in, both employees were on their phones and neither greeted me, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. I was assigned to the male nail tech for a full set, and unfortunately the customer service only got worse from there. He never asked me what shape or style I wanted and handled my hands very roughly. I LOVE MY NAILS! she did super good and was really affordable, and the lady was super sweet! They were fast aswell, I loved it so much

I was ok with the work until he filed my short nail on toe. It was extremely painful, be clipped it ever shorter and he took out some of my nail without a warning! I asked if I had an ingrown because I felt I stabbing sharp pain. As I get through I felt it was an after effect from him removing an "ingrown". Turns out I'm aching tremendously from the pain, now my skin is inflamed and red. What wasn't there before is excruciating pain and I can't even sleep. My toe is pulsing, I now have an ingrown by looking at my toe!
