Azure is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with.. I rented her vehicle for a week while my vehicle was being repaired.. everything was fine when she took my money. Once the vehicle was returned on a Wednesday she said my deposit would be returned the following Monday. Monday came she did not send my money. Unpleasant attitude, very dismissive
Came through in a real pinch - we now live in a world where the airport car rentals just don’t have vehicles!! Azure picked us up and got us into a car at good rates! Above board and hard working little agency!
The airport gave away our rentals and they were completely sold out, D&A Rental came through big time. Not only did they have a rental, but she sent Ray Zellous downtown to pick up me and my family and take us to the car. My family and I are grateful for the services that you had provided. Salt to the earth guy, Ray you are the man bro. We'll see you definitely when we come back. And it was 1/2 the price they were gonna charge at the airport. Thanks again, Eddie Cordova San Jose CA.
