I have always paid my bills!Sold house! Called to ask for them to pickup tank and get credit for a refund! They lied to me said it was against the law! I checked with another oil company never heard of any law! Called back then they said deal with realtor! Contract already been written that I would have tank remove. They stated lose sale or forfeit propane!How greedy!!!!
Completely terrible! No communication within the company employees. Misleading dishonest double talk! Techs make promises to customers, then office staff refuses to offer the services promised. Ridiculous, unfair, unprofessional and misleading!
I am very happy with this company! I did have quite a lengthy wait for furnace cleaning/inspection on a new mobile home we bought in September. But this is their busiest time of the year and they have quite a large delivery area. That being said - when we needed them for emergency repairs on the 23rd of December - they came through! They had technicians out the very next day and it is Christmas Eve! I really enjoy the front desk person too - Gail. She is always so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
