Ambiance pretty nice..Dinner was ok(Osso Buco - not the best I had)..certainly not for the $58 price tag...My 2 "complaints"..If your gonna charge $24 for Appetizer Calamari, its gotta be amazing....it wasn't, I might add, all rings..no tentacles...which leads me to believe this came out of a bag....thats all..Drop the price to reasonable ($12-14) or upgrade the quality of the Fried Calamari....Wine..I understand you need to mark up Wine..But have more available options...$58 for a bottle of $12 wine...(which was pretty much... read more
My wife and I were in NY for a short romantic holiday. Basically stumbled on the place, it looked interesting so we went in for dinner. The place was packed, but they found us a table even though we didn't have a reservation. The waitress Katerina was wonderful, the live piano player was great, even if he did sing a little off key, the food was sublime! What a fantastic first meal for our trip. Thank you!
I picked this restaurant because of its proximity to The Crown Plaza and Springsteen on Broadway, I now have a new favorite restaurant in NYC. The service was outstanding and the food divine. I loved the decor and can not wait to go back.
