If I could give 0 stars, i would do it. Placed an order more than a month ago. Never got the product. Never got a follow-up call. Called to check on it three times and all i get is "it is backordered" with no indication when the part might come in and no one caring how long i have to wait because they refuse to get the info from the manufacturer. Must be great to work there and drink coffee with your feet up, not having a care in the world.
