My installation went very well a year ago. The problem is that once installation is done, there is a total lack of communication if you need or have questions about maintenance or anything else. Great installers, but terrible at retaining their customers because calls are not returned, no response to text messages & schefuled appointments are missed with . I will no longer recommend this company.
Would like to give 5 stars. They were great almost 3 yrs ago when they installed a new unit. Part of the deal was their promise of 3 spring and 3 fall maintenance services. I have tried since May 8 (2months)to get someone. They don't show and don't communicate. Just quit on me.
DA Home Solutions provided an Amazing service doing a full system install of our HVAC system. Randy is very responsive and professional. When our AC went down he was out to my place within 45 minutes to inspect and provide a quote. Their prices are very hard to beat and the quality of the installation was top notch. Chuck and Marco did an amazing job. I highly recommend DA Home Solutions to anyone needing HVAC work done!
The igniter went on my furnace, and he thoughtfully grabbed one for me while he was getting parts for another job. Delivered it to my door. Fantastic service and very responsive!
