Dr DaChuna is definitely skilled and respect for what he does. However, if you take time management seriously. You may be here either in appointment or waiting for appointment at times for a substantially long period. Getting a good adjustment is great and all, but should not be at the expense of your time as this life is short lived. Give it a shot, however.
