Although I did not go to the physical location, I had an unpleasant experience with the online store. I received products with a large amount missing and when contacting customer service I was accused of scooping out product. Why anyone would go to such lengths to do that I don’t know but I provided them with proof that it couldn’t have happened. This was very unprofessional yet I remained patient. I love this store. I constantly change my hair and they make it easy and affordable for me. They have a great selection to choose from and GREAT JOB with the bigger location
