My experience with Dale was great. He was very polite and thorough explaining to me the issues and work required for my car. He provided routine updates with pictures and videos of the work on my vehicle . I was extremely concerned as the air suspension on my Porsche Panamera ceased to work and my car was driving dangerously low. Dale replaced the transfer case mount and transmission fluid on my BMW X5, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He’s extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and pointed out a few items to keep an eye on for future maintenance without trying to upsell anything. I took my wifey’s 2013 X5 at DA’s Auto to get diagnosed with a squeaky sound coming from the, what it sounded like, from the engine. Dale took it for a short test drive & immediately identified the issue, and found out that my shocks & sway bar were also almost giving up. I had it all done: and Dale, me being a first time customer, gave me a discount. He also recommended some potential problems down the road. Reasonable reliable shop that I would recommend to anyone.
