Nowadays it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust and you’re not taken advantage off. Dale is such a great person and a great mechanic. He constantly communicates with you via text or a phone call, so you’re not left in the dark. Had my car at a different place for more than a month, and after towing my car to Dale, it was done in 2 days. I am an hour away from him, but even with that, will definitely be taking all my cars to him. Thank you
Dale at DA Auto Repair & Towing is the real deal! He's an absolutely awesome mechanic—knowledgeable, thorough, and honest to the core. I brought in my 6 Series BMW for what I thought was an eccentric shaft replacement, based on another shop’s diagnosis. Dale took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and found out I didn’t even need the part. That kind of integrity is rare these days. He saved me a ton of money and earned a loyal customer for life. Appreciate everything, Dale—you're the best!
I can’t say enough great things about this business. Dale is a very honest mechanic with a ton of knowledge from low to high end cars. I had an issue with my Range Rover and he was able to get the job completed in just a day. I was previously told from other mechanics that it’s a dealer only fix because no one was able to figure it out.
I recently had my oil filter housing and water pump replaced by DA Towing & Repair, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding from start to finish. Dale took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explained the necessary repairs clearly, and completed the job efficiently and correctly. Awesome experience awesome mechanic very honest. I will never go anywhere else delivered on everything he said and on the time he said he was gonna do it kept me in the loop on everything.
