Several years ago I was given the honor of meeting a phenomenal mechanic and also a man that has a heart of gold. Any job that he does to a car, he puts 110% into it. Not only does he treat the vehicle with respect but he also makes the owner of the car feel so appreciated for coming to his business. We took a vehicle to Duane for a pre-purchase inspection. He was so kind and helpful. He ensured he looked over everything thoroughly and explained each detail. Very personable, too!
I first met Duane back in 2019 through the purchase of a late model Lexus that needed attention. I was impressed that he held the seller accountable for issues, even though the seller was a regular customer and I was just some random guy off the street.
