Tim and Andrew were great to work with. They seem to be very selective, especially compared to other independent dealers, about their inventory. They go through the cars and make necessary repairs as needed. I went looking for a BMW 750 and drove away with a Mercedes CLK 350. While I was there, two ladies were looking at their inventory. I spoke to them privately and they both had purchased cars from D45 previously and were so pleased that they were back. That said a lot to me.

Long story short bought a car with an on going problem and paid to figure out the problem. I thought to save there reputation I would receive some kind of help and was told it wasn't their problem and received multiple excuses and running in circles talking about the samething over and over again. It's cool cause little dealers like this will get bit back eventually for not doing the right thing , what goes around comes around they forget that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! Bought a car from this dealer and within a week we are looking at spending $8,000 to fix it. . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! The entire transmission in my car needs to be replaced within a week of buying the car. Contacted the dealer and was basically told that it was not their problem. I will be calling the better business bureau!

Repeat customer... Second time buying from D45. Great experience again. First purchase was a VW Passat in great shape - no problems. This time an Audi A4, again in great condition and fair pricing. Convenient location and very easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to do business there again.

Awesome experience purchasing a Honda Fit from Tim. Got the car inspected at the dealer (Tim drove the car there and back to his shop no questions asked) car needed front brakes, Tim outsourced and paid for the labor as long as I provided the parts. Would do business again without a doubt. Loving this car after a month roughly of ownership.

I purchased my Endeavor in mid July 2016. The brakes have squealed from day one... needs brake pads. I texted Tim. Response was "it passed inspection. Call Duty Tire". SUV wouldn't start on the morning of Aug 15th. Finally did get it to an auto place. Battery had to be replaced. Called Tim. Was told "you bought a used car. What do you want me to do" Terrible customer service! Yes, I bought a used car but should not have had to replace brake pads and a battery after having the vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks.
