Our window units (old house) required service due to a manufacturers recall. First D3S notification was email for appointment date. Called their office & verified (polite & professional). They contact again by text to reconfirm. Tech Eli contacted prior to arrival (as they said he would). Performed service as required. Eli was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and amiable. Recommend D3S & Eli for their great service.
Eli came out from D3S to fix a Midea a/c recall. He came out first thing in the morning and did a great job on 2 a/c units. Not only did he fix the problem, but he gave us helpful tips on maintaining, cleaning and upkeep to help them last longer. Would highly recommend D3S and will use again if I need repairs. Service was professional and efficient from beginning (notifying us of appointment and arrival time) to end (leaving us with repaired a/c units).
I had a recall on my AC to be repaired. The service was excellent. Eli did an excellent job. He cleaned and repaired the unit top notch. Very quick and reliable service. Will definitely use them again for any other repairs I need. Thank you.
Leon was awesome ! Diagnosed the problem with my dryer and got us taken care of ! Would recommend calling these guys out if you’re having problems with any of your appliances !
