I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and communicated very well leading up to my visit. Shanyia was ready for me when I checked in and when she realized I didn’t know how to explain what I wanted she said it was no problem and pulled a few pictures of what she thought I was describing without making me feel rushed or silly. I have a pathetic experience in the Salon. I am new in the town and trusted D3 Salon. I went for my eyebrows waxing and a girl did disaster for me. she did one eyebrow so thin and other one was thick and different shape. Owner didn’t bother at all
