After ripping me off $6,000 by selling me an Audi with a broken/ damaged ECU They treated me like dirt and squeezed me for another $300 to get my title from them I forgot on the desk.
Customer service was good, but quality of vehicles is not. I was expecting a reasonably priced older car and all I got was a lemon. 2 days after I bought a car it needed a new battery, then a month later a new radiator. Lemons abound, avoid this place like covid.
