I have worked with both Hope and Geoffrey and they were great. I have been dealing with chronic low back pain and their myofascial techniques were very effective.
Hope is the best massage therapist that I've been to, and I've seen quite a few. Even when I don't tell her a specific spot to work on, she manages to find exactly where I need it most. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have made it through training for a half marathon.

The experience at D2H wellness is exceptional. Hope really works with her clients on what problem areas need to be addressed. I would highly recommend D2H for all your sports massages and other massages as well.
Hope Ackerly is a one of kind. I met Hope when she was working at Marist University assisting student athletes with all of their muscular needs. Her massages are unlike any sport massage I've had before. She really wants whats best for her clients and will provide you tips for outside of your massage to help you further.
