Hope is an excellent massage therapist. She knows each muscle of the body and how they are all connected. If you are in pain or injured this is the person to go too! I would say she is more for sports injuries, injuries in general, muscle pain and nerve damage. It’s not a spa like massage but almost like a medical treatment. She will help you if you are in pain.
I have worked with both Hope and Geoffrey and they were great. I have been dealing with chronic low back pain and their myofascial techniques were very effective.
Hope is the best massage therapist that I've been to, and I've seen quite a few. Even when I don't tell her a specific spot to work on, she manages to find exactly where I need it most. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have made it through training for a half marathon.
