Consistently disappointed that the massages are actually 55 minutes. Wish there were transparency, instead of advertising massages as “60 minutes” and then starting late and setting a timer to end 50 to 55 minutes later. For additional feedback, I always have arrived on time and yet the sessions always start late. I recently requested prenatal massages and noted it 100% of the time in my booking notes, and yet 100% of the time had to wait for re-set up because it was ignored. So much more than a massage. Hope is extremely in tune with the human body. She knows exactly where on you needs the extra attention and can easily make you feel like a new person when you walk out that door. And also her space is absolutely adorable. Already have my next appointment scheduled. Can’t wait to go back!

Melanie is fantastic at listening to your body and detecting exactly which points need to be addressed. She has a gentle touch when applying acupuncture and I find her treatments to always bring benefit to the area focused on. Go for her Full Service treatments for an awesome spiritual spa experience!
