Great experience in the service department. Quickly fixed my V Strom. Update. They replaced my starter switch for just over $300. I don’t know it they checked it out or just swapped out a part but the issue ended up being the clutch switch and not the starter switch. $15 and I fixed my issue myself. I have another issue but I will not take my bike here to be repaired.

I'm done with this place...I've been there, for parts or service, ~4 times over the past several years. At least 3 of those I've been met with the "we don't need your business" or "I'm better than you" attitude. Yesterday, I went in to have a tube put in a loose wheel and was given the "by end of day timeline". When I inquired about the possibility of a couple hours ( it's literally a 10-15 min job) I was given "well I'm not gonna pull a tech off what they're doing to put your tube in".
