非常失望。周一店里明确告诉我们理发师周三上班，我特意从 Oakville 开车过去，到了却说他周三不上班。老板却把前后不一致的信息说成是“沟通问题”，态度也很粗鲁。这样的服务让人很不舒服。

I had been going to my hairdresser in Markham for years, but after relocating to the Mississauga area, the drive became too far. I decided to try someone new and found Emily.
