Requested a quote for installation of Level 2 charger and got no detailed quote and suggestion to obtain at LEAST 3 other estimates. Their install of simple lighting fixtures took double the estimated time due to installer missing a part in the box so had to go back and reinstall it, except 1 which wasn’t found. So had to pay for their time regardless of their mistake. We required a repeat visit to enable changing a bulb in a fixture they explained was accessible by twisting it off. Terrible driver
The D16 team was great to work with. They installed my level 2 EV charger with no issues. Shane was great at explaining the process and options, he also recommended me a charger that was better and cheaper than the one I was originally going to get. The installation team were also great! They were very professional and efficient and clearly explained what steps they had done during the install. Very happy with their work.
this company is great. they manage to succeed where at least three to four other companies have failed. very professional very efficient, great communicators (Shane), excellent electricians that are familiar with all the problems that installation of the new EV level 2 chargers , can cause you. they will help you every step of the process from getting approved in your strata to getting permit and passing an inspection . they can tackle complicated cases with switches between hot tubs and chargers and everything above and bey... read more
