I have been coming since the grand opening, and it has become a second home. I love my 6 am crew and how we show up to put in work and support each other. Iron Sharpens Iron.
Two of my children participate in the Rookie program at D1 Val Vista. The coaches are phenomenal providing a great workout for the kids while making it fun! My children look forward to going.
I’ve been going to various D1 gyms on and off since 2020 and have been at the Val vista location about 2 straight years now. They’re such a great group of coaches & know how to push you but not over your limits. Coach Ashley has great nutrition knowledge and helps me with recovery when my body speaks out. 10/10 recommend!
This place is absolutely amazing. Coaches are fantastic, with all the equipment you can imagine. Ashley is hands down the best coach ever.
