I've never come across such a place that's Always constant with their trainings their happy faces and their dedication to help our boy. Thx Laurie and Karlie you guys are amazing. Besides fitness this is where you need to bring your kid. They know how to build confidence.
D1 val Vista is amazing. All the trainers are passionate, understanding, and encouraging. D1 accepts you as you are and works with you without judgment. It is a phenomenal program that is well worth going.
Our kiddo goes here for athletic training and we have seen such progress. We have goals set to reach and she is making strides. It's clean and equipment is maintained, and the staff is fantastic.
Awesome coaches and program!! The only criticism I have is that we never measured the start times and the end times, or goals in general. For example... My son is a baseball player and we need a fast 60-yard dash, But this was never addressed or worked towards with any sort of documentation or progression work. For the amount I paid, and in retrospect, I wish we would have done more in this area. The coach was great, however, and would meet us outdoors at a park so we could get some running space.
