I brought my 10-year-old son in for a fitness assessment and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The trainer who was supposed to be working with my child was constantly distracted because he had brought his two toddlers with him to the session. My Experience at D1 Training Norwalk I was recently hired by the owner Riccardo Gallo without any formal application or clear onboarding process, which raised concerns about professionalism and credibility. The promises made about staff training and program quality don’t match what I observed inside the facility.
